The Product: Ceramic candleholder in handmade pottery with blue glaze
We discovered this charming, ceramic candleholder at a small pottery in Argyllshire on our travels around the region. We not only loved its sculptural shape but also the fact that it can be used to display flowers around the bottom of your dinner candle. Simply add a little water and pop in some garden blooms!
The Lowdown
The ceramic candlestick was handmade by a wonderful, local potter in a kiln that he built, right next to his lochside workshop and studio. Swipe the pictures to see. We had a fascinating tour, and our kids even got to watch him make a pot there and then.
How To Style The Ceramic Pottery Candleholder?
We’d decorate a dinner table with a pair of these ceramic candleholders. They are particularly fetching with this rather fun, striped candle by Hay Design Studio, which we sourced from Liberty of London.
