The Product: Palm tree cushion covers in yellow
Eye-catching, palm tree cushion covers with a black and brown botanical design on a vibrant, yellow ground. Innovative textile designer Eva Sonaike created the stylised, palm tree graphic, which is inspired by the Aburi Botanical Gardens in Ghana, West Africa.
The Lowdown
African design cushion covers such as this and others from our edit, enliven their surroundings with bold, bright hues. Add cultural style and decorative interest too to sofas, armchairs and beds with this punchy design. Head to Love Your Home for a great selection of modern upholstery shapes upon which to display your statement cushion collection. That said, this cushion works equally well in classic or traditional interior schemes.
Styling Ideas?
It goes without saying that African print cushion covers speak of sunnier climes and lend themselves well to stylish, summer lounging. However, we also rather like the idea of juxtaposing these palm tree cushions covers with cosy, chunky-knit throws and supplementary cushions in a palette of winter whites. A design for all seasons.
Never feel you must dress your sofa with scatter cushions to match the upholstery. Often, these are optional add-ons when buying a new sofa. Always, create an original look. Furthermore, assemble your own ‘cast of cushions’. Buy from different fabric houses. Create an ideal comfort level.
