The Product: ‘Bubble’ glass and ceramic display domes
Diminutive, glass display domes are a brilliant solution for showcasing treasured objects, found on your travels. The perfect miniature gallery for a collection of woodland feathers, small figurines or, as here – click to the next picture – sentimental items that jog a memory. Our daughter’s adorable first ‘shoes’! We were living in Thailand at the time. We found them at the wonderfully atmospheric ‘walking market’ (or night market) in Thailand’s fabulous second city, Chiangmai. They’d be in a box somewhere if they weren’t displayed in this little glass bubble for everyone to ‘Ooh!’ and ‘Ahhh!’ at.
The Lowdown

How to style your glass display domes?
The domes work well as part of a still-life arrangement of decorative objects. For instance, on built-in or wall-hung shelves or on a sturdy sideboard. The Detail
The large display domes measure approximately 21cm tall x 14cm in diameter. The smaller glass bubble display domes measure approximately 18cm tall x 13cm in diameter.
