Deep blue floral cushion covers printed on heavyweight cotton with a striking protea flower design. We love these bold and eye-catching blue and white cushions, with their smart, corner pleated trim in coordinating navy cotton.

The Lowdown

Sourced through specialist South African design collective Porcupine Rocks, the fabric is printed in South Africa and the cushions are handmade here in the UK. The protea – specifically the ‘King Protea’ – is the national flower of South Africa and the blooms represent diversity, change, courage and hope as these particular plants are known to regenerate after natural wildfires. Indeed, the printed fabric design is entitled ‘After The Fire.’

The Detail

The cushions are handmade to order within two weeks and measure approx. 47cm x 47cm (including trim) and come with a discreet, concealed zip and plump, feather pad. Alternatively, order the cushion cover only.
