The Product: Upholstered dressing table stool in purple banana leaf print

A stylish, upholstered dressing table stool in a deep purple banana leaf print. Redolent of traditional African wax prints, yet it feels fresh and modern. The print was designed by African textiles specialist Eva Sonaike and is a scaled-down version of the cushion design here. The leaf print was inspired by specimens at the Aburi Botanical Gardens in Ghana, West Africa.

The Lowdown

These small upholstered stools offer quick, additional seating and are great decorative accents for your dressing table, guest room or living room. They are also durable and lightweight with petite proportions and are easily stowed. Alternatively, they work well as an impromptu side table when topped with a small tray. We can vouch for the fact that they are also extremely comfortable to sit on.

First, this pattern is a hit for summer sitting rooms or homes in sunnier climes. Team with a riot of brights for a decidedly Boho vibe. The Detail
