The Product: Japanese drawings of flowers fine art print
Japan-born and London-educated, Keiko Yanagisawa takes her inspiration from nature, especially flowers indigenous to her home country. Keiko’s endlessly pretty and often traditional Japanese colour palettes combined with the incredible detail and fragility of her pen drawings are mesmerising.
The Lowdown
One of a limited edition of fifty signed and numbered Japanese drawings by the artist and printed on Beaux-Arts 320g 100% cotton paper, this glorious Giclée print will bring a little of the Japanese cultural aesthetic to your home.
Fabric wall art styling Ideas?
All artworks pop against darker hues – think art gallery walls – so we hung the print against this subtly textured charcoal grey wallpaper (Harlequin’s ‘Raya’) to achieve the same effect. We framed the print with a slim, gloss, metal frame in a toning shade of blue (to reference lacquer finishes) and teamed this with a white mount. Japanese heritage with a decidedly modern vibe. The print would look beautiful in a restful bedroom, guest room or dressing room. It would also make a great addition to an eclectic selection of artworks or ‘gallery wall’.
The Detail
The print comes unframed – delivered in a protective roll – ready for you to take to your local framer. The print itself is A2 and measures 42cm x 59.4cm. For more culturally-inspired, floral home décor, head here.
