The Product: Iznik wallpaper in brown and blue
This smart, brown and blue wallpaper adds warmth, colour and detail to your living space without the flatness of block-painted colour. The lively, Middle Eastern-inspired pattern also creates a feeling of depth. It’s a perfect scale, so as not to overwhelm.
The Lowdown
Design studio Rapture & Wright designed this smart and elegant wallpaper. It was inspired by a fragment of decorative glazed pottery from 14th century Syria. The pattern is hand-printed onto a base paper and is available to order, by the metre.
Iznik wallpaper in brown and blue – how to style it?
This brown and blue wallpaper is a great starting point for a relaxed, eclectic scheme. A stylish home office or informal sitting room for example. Complement the warm browns and cooler blue accents by layering up soft furnishings in ivory whites and creams. Emphasise textural contrast wherever possible. Add rustic elements such as a vintage, tan leather chair, rustic sideboard or desk to inject soul. Finally – include directional occasional furniture such as a sleek coffee or side table or a smart, modern desk lamp.
The Detail
Iznik wallpaper is hand-printed and comes untrimmed. It is available by the metre, at £28 per metre (minimum order 10 metres as 2 x 5 metre lengths). Please use the + sign on the product page to add the number of metres required to your basket. The wallpaper measures 65cm wide and has a 36cm repeat.
