The Product: Cotton indigo-print scarf in hand-dyed geometric design
A chic and natty addition to any sports or weekend jacket for him or her, this cotton indigo-print scarf was artisan-made in China by a master dyer to ancient, resist-printing methods. An age-old, textile dye rich in colour and history, indigo is a natural plant dye and textiles will characteristically fade with age. Much like denim, vintage indigo textiles are prized for their softer handle and unique, characterful appearance.

How to style your cotton indigo-print scarf?
The cotton scarf would work brilliantly with a tweed or wool jacket in an earthy hue. Alternatively, go all out for blue and white with a similar ensemble to that shown. The scarves come in two different sizes – click here to see the full range of sizes and patterns.
The Detail
The cotton indigo-print scarf is made of 100% calico cotton and measures 22cm wide x 125cm long with frayed edges. Gently hand wash with cold water and a light detergent and line dry before wearing, to remove any excess dye. Due to the natural processes involved in their manufacture and the ethical practices of our supplier, Blue Handed, this product can be considered a sustainable fashion item.
