Block-printed on cotton by Indian artisans for Faro Home, the intricate motifs also add a cultural dimension to your summer table, providing the perfect foil for simple, white plates and elegant glassware.
How to style your patterned green tablecloth?
Don’t be afraid to go for an all-out pattern on the table with an eye-catching tablecloth in a bold and confident colour such as this. However, as above, keep everything else pared back and unfussy. The only other element required is a profusion of white blooms in a vase or pot – frothy white hydrangeas would be one idea. Alternatively, for a pretty contrast, opt for a riot of peonies, ranunculus or roses in pink.
When measuring your dining table for a new tablecloth, allow for, ideally, a drop of around 30cm down either side and either end, in addition to covering your table surface. If the ends are a little longer than the sides, or vice versa, this is usually not a problem. Conversely, floor-length tablecloths on narrow, refectory-style or buffet tables can also look great too!
